Spectral Measuring Unit For Monitoring IR LEDs

The digital optical-electronic converter IBIS-14
The Unit was designed and manufactured by order of one of St. Petersburg research institutes.

The Unit is designed to measure the relative spectral distribution of radiation energy and the width of the emission spectrum of semiconductor photoluminescent radiators. Operating range is from 2.0 to 5.0 μm. An illuminator with a nichrome spiral is used as a radiation source. As a radiation receiver - infrared photodiode.
